How our ticket system works
  • Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
  • For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
  • A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

While you can submit a support ticket any time, we will respond Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm Central Time. If you have a support contract and need immediate assistance, please call our support number at 850-747-0581.
