| Single Click Remote Support |

Based on the powerful remote connection software, UltraVNC, our remote support server is easy to use and extremely secure. Since the connection is initiated by the end user (You, the Execu/Tech customer.), there are no open ports on your firewall and no software is running until a connection is needed. You can simply run this program from the web, not installing any software on your own computer. You choose an ID and we do the rest. Your request is sent to our secure server and only seen by us - nobody else can hijack the connection or will even know a connection is being initiated. To start a remote support session, follow these easy instructions: 1. Using Internet Explorer, click the Remote Support link. When you see the security warning, click Run.
2. If you receive a second security warning, click Run.
3. If everything went as planned, you should see the window, below. Ask the Execu/Tech support technician, which you should be speaking with on the phone, which ID to use. They may have no preference but just make sure you tell them which you double clicked because that's how they'll be connecting to your computer. If no connection is established within 5 minutes, the program will close and you'll have to start the process over.
