from Execu/Care customers are handled immediately. We use real
people to take your messages and have technicians on staff 7 days a week,
24 hours a day.
Execu/Care customers are entitled to priority response time, 24/7.
Non Execu/Care
customers are entitled to 24 hour response time during regular office
hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5:00 CST.
