This is how it works:
Various
functions such as check availability, enter new reservation, change
or cancel reservation, and credit card authorization can be performed
from a Hotel™ System user’s own web site.

A
potential guest or reservations employee will enter information
on a web page form such as room type, arrival date, and days
stay then click a button that says “check availability.”

In
a matter of seconds another web page will appear with a message
such as “room available, make reservation now?”

The
user could then click “yes” and another page would appear with
a reservation form containing fields for guest information such
as name, address, and credit card number for securing a room
with a deposit.

The
user would then click “submit reservation” and then another
page would appear to confirm that all necessary information
was filled in correctly.

Once
everything looks correct the user would click “confirm”.
Next, within a few seconds their credit card would be authorized
and another page would appear with information much like a confirmation
letter including all information submitted, details on the reserved
room/s, room rate, dates of stay, and confirmation number.
