| If you have a firewall blocking outgoing traffic on
ports 5900 and 5901 this remote connection may not work.
This is an uncommon practice but something that you must
verify if you experience connection troubles. |

If the above link gives you an error telling you it
doesn't know the file type, you most likely haven't been keeping your
computer up to date with the latest Microsoft software. Use the
following link to run the installer for Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0,
which is required for this application.

This is a secure, 128bit encrypted and password protected remote
support client that will allow Execu/Tech Systems, Inc. support staff to
remotely control your PC or Server to assist with problem solving,
updating, etc.
This application must be started by you, the customer, and it will
uninstall itself after the support session is ended or if no connection
is made within 5 minutes. This means that nothing is left behind on your
computer to create a potential security problem. In addition to this,
this application can only communicate with our support server, so you
don't have to worry about anyone else trying to connect. Finally, since
this connection is initiated by you, your firewall doesn't need to be
modified.
To begin your connection, you should first contact Execu/Tech support
at 850-747-0581 and begin a service ticket. They will let you know when
they are ready to connect and you can download this application.
Once downloaded, if you are asked if you want to run the application,
click YES. You will then see a window giving you your 5 digit remote
connection ID. You must provide this ID to Execu/Tech support at the
time the connection is made. Click 'Connect' when we tell you to.

After you click 'Connect' you will see a popup in the
taskbar and the window will close.
